1. Basic composition of stacker stereoscopic warehouse

Stacker stereoscopic warehouse is mainly composed of automatic stacker, stereoscopic shelves, warehouse management software and conveying equipment.

• Automatic stacker: This is the core equipment of the whole system, responsible for the handling and storage of goods. The stacker runs along the fixed track in the lane, and can realize the movement in three directions of horizontal, vertical and fork extension, so as to accurately store or remove the goods from the shelf. There are various types. According to the structure, it can be divided into single-column and double-column stackers; according to the driving mode, there are upper drive, lower drive and upper and lower combined drive; according to the operation mode, it can be divided into manual, semi-automatic and automatic stackers.

• Stereoscopic shelves: It adopts steel structure or reinforced concrete structure, with multi-layer and multi-column cargo space for storing cargo units. The height, depth and number of layers of the shelves can be customized according to the warehouse space and cargo storage requirements, effectively improving space utilization.

• Warehouse management software: realizes the information management of warehouse goods, tracks the location, quantity, entry and exit time of goods, and can issue automatic entry, exit, inventory and other instructions through integration with automated stackers and conveying equipment to realize intelligent warehouse management.

• Conveyor equipment: Common conveyor belts, roller conveyors, chain conveyors, etc. are responsible for conveying goods from the entrance to the stacker, or from the stacker to the exit, and work together with the stacker to ensure the smooth flow of goods.
